Ebrahim Attarzadeh has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and asset management, having held various international management positions. As the long-standing CEO of Stifel Europe Bank/ Mainfirst Bank, he is an expert in capital markets, corporate finance and strategic consulting. Moreover, he is the co-founder and former CEO of Callirius, a sustainable finance and climate tech company.

Before joining MPCM, Felix Pröfrock worked for around 20 years in the corporate finance division of the Hamburg-based private bank M.M.Warburg & CO, most recently as Head of Capital Markets (ECM/DCM). He has extensive experience in initiating, structuring and implementing ECM and DCM transactions, such as supporting IPOs, capital increases, bond transactions, corporate financing and complex capital market transactions, such as public M&A.

Thorsten Rehmeyer can draw on over 15 years’ experience and expertise in finance and risk management. As Head of Controlling & Corporate Development at the listed company MPC Capital AG for over ten years, he was responsible for the strategic management as well as the value- and risk-oriented corporate management of the MPC Capital Group, shaping its strategic and entrepreneurial development with a clear focus on capital market and value enhancement issues.

Michael Grohmann has many years of experience in sales and, before joining MPCM, was Head of Sales at Stifel Europe and MainFirst. In these roles, he was responsible for establishing and developing successful sales structures in the European market.

Rüschmeier

Head of Research

Before joining MPCM, Henner Rüschmeier held the position of Managing Director at Warburg Research for almost 25 years. He played a key role in shaping the content and quality of the analyses and has many years of proven expertise in capital market and corporate analysis. Previously, he worked in M&A and as an independent management consultant.
